In 1987 Johnny Pruitt Jr. opened JS Pressure Cleaning & Painting Co. with his nephew. They began small, pressure cleaning roofs, houses, decks, concrete buildings, and also cleaning gutters and windows. Shortly after, using the experience Johnny had in the construction and painting fields, the business expanded to include the services of minor repairs and painting. Two years after the business opened Johnny's nephew left the company to join the navy.

In 1990, Johnny's wife joined the team full-time in the field and the office. Currently there is a team of 6 people that stand behind JS Pressure Cleaning & Paint Co. Johnny is the overall manager and gives estimates for all the jobs handled by the group. Sheila Pruitt (Johnny's wife) is the office manager.

In 1995, JS Pressure Cleaning & Painting Co. expanded with a retail paint store as an authorized dealer of Davis-Frost Paint.

Recently, Sheila became a real estate agent and broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. She continues to manage the office and bookkeeping.
With 5 trucks, 2 trailers, paint sprayers, pressure washing equipment and loads of other essential equipment, there isn't a job that JS Pressure Cleaning & Painting Co. can't handle.
